Subconscious is a psychological term. ‘Human instinct is a subconscious part of the brain’ refers to the unnoticed part of human psychological activities, and is people’s ‘mental activity process that has occurred but has not reached the state of consciousness.’ Freud further divided the subconscious into two parts, the preconscious and the unconscious. Some also translated it as preconscious and subconscious.
In Freud’s psychological theory, although the unconscious, preconscious and consciousness are three different levels, they are interconnected system structures. Freud made a metaphor of this structure: the unconscious system is a hall, and various psychological impulses are like many individuals, crowded together. The second room connected to the entrance hall is like a reception room, where consciousness rests.
The subconscious mind contains information that we have consciously and unconsciously perceived and recognized throughout our lives, and it can automatically arrange, combine and classify it, and generate some new ideas. So we can give it instructions, turn our dreams of success and the problems we encounter into clear instructions through the conscious mind and transfer them to the subconscious mind, and then relax and wait for its answer.
